If I had to give you only one advice, it would be to always express your emotions whether they are happy or sad.
How to express those emotions? Well, everyone has his/hers own way to do it:
1. Arts: drawing, painting, music, sculpture...
2. Talking to somebody you TRUST
3. Listen to your favorite songs
4. Watch a rotfltromao movie like the Hangover or Borat
5. Writing

I prefer writing because that piece of paper can be your best friend, no lies, no taboos, no judgements, no trahisons etc...

I write too...and Its the best thing, in french this kind of therapy is named ''sublimation''...

i have great friends around but i stay in my cave when i'm feeling down
I prefer listening to music. That makes me relaxed and happy.
Music is a very big part of my life

i agree with writing :] i actually have my own online diary thing and ofcourse it's always on private so i can always read it later and see what my thought was on a certain date.
