I like napping in the afternoons and I would fall asleep watching TV.I never looked at the time and when I wake up it would feel like I had slept for about 2 hours until one find day I fell asleep in the lounge.When I woke up I mentioned something to my daughter to the effect of Wow That was a nice sleep and she asked me if I was mad because I had only been asleep about 20 minutes.My point is I have been power napping for years now and not knowing it(lol) and its just as good as the 2 hour siesta

I usually do restorative naps especially when I have a bad night
I've never been a nap person. I use to get trouble for staying awake during nap time in preschool. After reading this I am considering giving it a go again, but i would rather just get 8 hours of sleep at night...I'm getting close.
as much as I hate them I have a lot of power-naps ,and an interesting thing I heard about,it's called Brain-Sync a lot of different sounds which help you sleep,think clearer and a lot of things.
I never take a nap, but maybe I should because I'm dog tired now.
I suppose that's for people who don't have much to do... or someone who needs to sekll that stuff in order to pay off the depts he made getting a Ph.D.!
